Powerwash all exterior areas

Cover all shrubbery, grass, concrete and landscaping as needed prior to preperation and painting.

Scrape all loose and peeling paint.

Apply one coat latex primer on all brick areas.

Apply one coat oil primer on all wood areas.

Caulk all windows as needed.

Caulk all cracks and seems as needed.

Apply two coats Sherwin Williams Duration satin on all brick and wood surfaces.

Apply two coats Sherwin Williams Superpaint satin on aluminum siding and doors.
